Dear Participant

There are some notes that must be considered to regulate this exhibition :

1 – Booths are ready to submit at 8 a.m on  26 May 2008 and booths setting must be finished up to  10 p.m. Doors will be closed then .

2 – Participants who are going to have booth settings, please announce the organizer to give you special forms to fill out . It's requested to do all paintings ,carpentry and welding out of the hall.

3 – Opening ceremony will be at 10 a.m on  28 May 2008 and visiting hours are from  5 p.m to 10 p.m . Booth standers are bound to be 30 minutes before opening time and should stay in their stand till the end of the visiting hours .

Please note that for official Inauguration , show time will be from 10 a.m to 10 p.m .

4 – After visiting hours , doors will be sealed by officials . Next day at  9:30 a.m seals will be removed, for this reason booth standers are bound to be present at the mentioned time ; otherwise Isfahan International Exhibition Company will not be liable for damages .

5 – It's necessary to stick the given ID cards to cloths while entering the hall and during the show hours .

6 – During show hours booth standers are responsible for their exhibits themselves .

7 – Booths which are using audio visual systems are bound to keep the volume at the normal rate ; otherwise their electricity will be cut off .

8 – Smoking is forbidden in the hall .

9 - Organizer is responsible for cleaning of the booths and hall . If a member of cleaning staff refused to clean a booth , please inform the management of this . Please refrain  to install or glue posters which are impossible to remove them from panels ; otherwise the exhibiting company is liable for damages .

10 – Please note that 15 minutes before the closing time, turn off your sets working with electricity .

11 – Please observe the dignities of Islam and cooperate with settled police in the exhibition site during the exhibiting time as well.

12 – Halls are insured of fire , explosion , thunder , earthquake , flood , crash of an aircraft by Karafarin Insurance Co.

13 – Removal of the exhibits is possible just from 8 o'clock in the morning on 1 June 2008, and participants can not take out their exhibits at the night of the closing day . ID cards are to be returned when receiving the transit license.
